There is a high demand for individual “favourite colour” Goldbear bags. For technical reasons it is unfortunately not possible to fulfil the demand. During our fully automated production and packaging process the Goldbear mixture is poured into the bear-shaped moulds simultaneously. The mixing ratio is:

1/6 Pineapple 1/6 Strawberry 1/6 Lemon 1/6 Orange 2/6 Raspberry

In order to pack individual colours separately the Goldbears would have to be separated manually after production. This would significantly slow down the production and packaging process and we would no longer be able to satisfy the high level of overall demand for Goldbears. We therefore ask for your understanding as to why we are unable to produce and pack individually coloured Goldbear bags.




Is it possible to package specific shapes or types of confectionery which are usually sold as part of an assortment?

During our fully automated production and packaging process, the different types of confectionery are produced simultaneously. In order to fulfil requests to package individual types separately, the individual pieces would have to be separated manually after production.

This would significantly slow down the production and packing process and we would no longer be able to satisfy the high level of overall demand for confectionery. We therefore ask you for your understanding as to why this is not possible.

Why are there no blue Goldbears? There are no fruits or plants from which a bright blue colour could be extracted. Since we only use fruit and plant extracts to colour our Goldbears, therfore it is impossible for HARIBO to produce blue Goldbears.
