Giggly Gelly Goldbears

A fun recipe that will delight both children and adults! Our "Giggly Gelly Goldbears" combine the creamy sweetness of sweetened condensed milk and cream with the colourful cheerfulness of our HARIBO Goldbears.

Ingredients

  • 1 can / 395g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 400g of thickened cream
  • ½ cup of water
  • 18g of unflavoured gelatin
  • 2 packages of HARIBO Goldbears

Preparation

Mix

In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with the water. Mix and let it hydrate. Then, microwave for 15 seconds to melt.

Blend

In a blender, add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and the melted gelatin. Blend well until smooth and combined.

Refrigerate

Pour the Goldbears into silicone molds, cover with the gelatin mixture, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours until firm.

Once set, serve and brighten up the day of your loved ones!
