Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A reports directly to the Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, he/she will be responsible for supporting the annual planning and long-term planning processes and support of preparation of meaningful financial operational metrics. 

The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A will understand key business drivers and creates analyses that supports effective decision making within the company of HoA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial results, including operating performance trends, actual vs. forecast and key metrics.
  • Participate in the annual plan and long range planning process.
  • Prepares and consolidate annual operating templates to review and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly variances provide value added insight into actual results.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in cross-functional projects to support management.
  • Develop monthly standardized reports to drive efficiencies through dashboards, reports and templates.
  • Partner with Marketing on innovation of PNL creation in preparation for product launches.
  • Support Supply Chain to understand key drivers of variances, risks and opportunities to financial plans and forecast.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting and financial analysis
  • Result driven of, well organized, with a high degree of personal initiative
  • Good business acumen
  • Ability to travel overnight domestic and international travel
  • Advanced technical knowledge of MS Office Programs such as: Excel, Qlikview, and other ERP Systems
  • Experience in the consumer package goods “CPG industry” a plus
