Here's what you'll need

For the popcorn:
50 g coconut oil
140 g popcorn kernels
300 g white chocolate
Pink food colouring
Blue food colouring
Yellow food colouring

For decoration:

HARIBO Pico-Balla sour
6 tbsp decorative sugar in blue, pink and yellow

This is how it works

1. Hmmm, Popcorn!

Melt the coconut oil, then pour it into a large saucepan (approx. 26 cm in diameter) and add the popcorn kernels so that the whole base is covered, but the kernels aren’t piled on top of one another. Place the saucepan on the hob over a medium heat with the lid on, and wait until the popcorn starts to pop. As soon as you can no longer hear the popping sound, remove from the hob and transfer immediately to a bowl.

2. Now it’s time for some colour

Melt the white chocolate slowly in a bain-marie. Divide the chocolate between three bowls and colour each with a little food colouring – light blue, yellow and pink. Divide the popcorn evenly between the bowls and mix it with the chocolate, then immediately transfer it onto two sheets of baking paper so that they lie side by side.

3. Sweet topping

Sprinkle your favourite HARIBO sweets and the decorative sugar evenly over the top. Leave to dry, then break them up a little and transfer them into popcorn bags.
