Our success is very much based on our motivated and qualified staff, who now work at 33 locations in 26 countries. HARIBO offers a varied and challenging working environment with long-term prospects and the unique culture of an international family business that has evolved over time.

At HARIBO, responsibility first and foremost means that we develop our company with future-proof jobs in mind. We currently employ more than 7,000 people at our 26 international production and distribution sites. We’re in the process of building another large production site in the US.

HARIBO is an independent family business, which will continue to play a key role in this development and our freedom to make decisions. The third generation of the founding family is now at the helm of the company, focusing its attention on being a reliable, attractive employer. After all, committed, long-term employees are key to the success of HARIBO. We are therefore very happy when we have employees from different generations of the same family. HARIBO also trains young people in multifaceted professional fields and hires specialists and managers who bring new ideas to the company.

We want to grow together, which makes well-founded training and development opportunities an absolute must for our staff. After all, qualified employees are a guarantee for our company’s success.
