Marketing Manager - South Korea, Seoul
Haribo Korea is looking for a Marketing Manager/ Brand manager to assist us in preparing, developing, and executing marketing strategies and enhance our efforts in market research, marketing deliverables and monitoring performances.
In this role you will report to the Senior Marketing manager working on the development of new products, marketing strategy execution including portfolio development, communication and consumer activations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plan and projects
- Execute & support consumer activations like road shows, sampling activities and brand collaborations.
- Develop digital, social media, influencer, website and ecommerce strategy to lead and implement campaigns in different channels within the HARIBO guideline
- Coordinate and lead localization of global, regional and local portfolio development and promotions including the lead, negotiation and execution of co-packing projects in Korea
- Conduct market research with agency to identify new opportunities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Working closely with internal cross functional and multicultural teams as well as external agencies, suppliers and retailers and distribution partners.
- Monitor industry best practices and analyze market development (Nielsen, Panel data etc) and competitors’ activities
- Track campaigns and projects, monitor and report back on regular basis
- Support on PR seeding & daily media release
Education and Experience
- > 7 years of Marketing experience in confectionary or FMCG industry for profound marketing skills
- New product development experience based on consumer and shopper insights.
- Experience in working with external suppliers like creative, digital, Ecommerce and media agencies, retailer.
- Experience in briefing market research agencies and in analyzing consumer insights
- Relevant FMCG or Candy industry knowledge
- Qualification Business or marketing-related university degree equivalent professional qualification
- Languages: Business proficiency in English and fluent in Korean
