At HARIBO, we believe work should have the right mix of structure, collaboration and a little bit of joy. To strengthen our Nordic Finance organization, we are now looking for a Senior Commercial Controller in Vallensbæk, who will report directly to the Head of Controlling, Nordic.
In this role, you will be responsible for Denmark as a sales company and act as a key business partner to the Danish commercial team.
You will support the business and work closely with both commercial and leadership teams to provide strong financial insight, transparency and decision support.
This role is ideal for someone who is not afraid to get close to the daily operations and understand how things work behind the scenes. In the beginning, success will come from being hands-on, curious and comfortable diving into the details, processes and routines that keep the business running smoothly.
At the same time, this role offers a great opportunity to make it your own. Once there is a strong understanding of the operational foundation, you will have the chance to shape the role further and define how you can create the greatest value as a trusted and successful partner to the business.
Our mix that awaits you
This is a role with both responsibility and variety. You will take ownership of the full P&L, including month-end closing, reporting, accruals and trade expenditure, as well as budgeting and forecasting. You will also prepare presentations and commentary for the management team, monitor commercial KPIs, and support decision-making through pricing guidance, annual agreements, business cases and ad hoc analysis. On top of that, you will help improve our controlling processes, tools and ways of working.
You will become part of the Controlling Team, which consists of 6 employees, and you will report to the Head of Controlling.
