- Plan, coordinate, and manage all operations of the Quality Control Laboratory.
- Ensure the effective management of quality control processes.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, and company quality standards.
- Plan and conduct in-process quality controls and coordinate the necessary actions to eliminate non-conformities.
- Lead root cause analyses for critical quality deviations and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure the sustainability of quality performance in line with product specifications, customer expectations, and legal requirements.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by developing projects aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and food safety performance.
- Manage supplier quality processes, conduct supplier performance evaluations, and coordinate improvement activities.
- Take an active role in internal and external audits and follow up on the closure of audit findings.
- Monitor external laboratory analyses and report the results.
- Prepare regular quality and performance reports for management.
- Follow national and international regulations and quality standards to ensure process compliance.
- Manage technical information sharing and document management processes with the Central Laboratory in Germany.
- Work closely with other departments across the company.
- Participate in quality improvement projects that support food safety and customer satisfaction.
Ingredients that you bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing Quality Control Laboratories within the food industry.
- Experience with laboratory equipment, calibration, and validation processes.
- Good command of English with the ability to effectively use technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is considered an asset.
- Results-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
