• Leading the local IT teams in Turkey
• Working closely with Corporate IT on global issues and local business requirements
• Responsible for all IT assets in the region in terms of IT services such as security, network, workstations, etc.
• Acting as a two-way IT Business Partner for the region. This means the role serves as a strategic partner for both the business and Corporate IT. The role must understand the business needs of the area under their responsibility and translate them into IT terms, whilst also facilitating global IT projects or requirements within that area and translating IT terms back into business language.
• Regular on-site meetings at all locations within the region
