• Develop demand forecasts by analyzing customer requirements, product needs, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams throughout the demand planning process.
• Regularly monitor inventory levels, proactively identify potential stock shortages, and plan the necessary actions.
• Ensure customer requests are prioritized and fulfilled on time.
• Keep customers regularly informed about product deliveries, stock availability, and order processes.
• Analyze customer demand trends, as well as periodic and seasonal fluctuations.
• Prepare reports related to demand planning processes and monitor relevant KPIs.
• Analyze the performance of planning processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in relevant meetings and coordination activities to strengthen cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve planning visibility and decision making.

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, order management, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, stock, and inventory management processes.
• Good understanding of S&OP processes.
• Experience with SAP APO and IBP modules.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
