• A key contributor to our global SAP Rollouts to various countries around the world,
• Being responsible for partnering with the business to driving IT-rooted innovation,
• Manage and execute SAP-Rollouts,
• Implement SAP change requests,
• Take the leading role in global initiatives such as digitization, process mining, SAP release upgrade, etc.
• Solved SAP tickets (helpdesk),
• Continuously cooperate and coordinate with SAP and logistics service providers,
• Being confident and eager to work in an international IT team with colleagues around the globe,
• Being responsible for the support and further development of the SAP modules MM, LE and EWM,
• Ensure the continuous improvement of processes by advising the business units,
• Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for the HARIBO’s international country organisations,
• Ensure that everything runs smoothly, carry out the debugging of ABAP programs for the purpose of root cause analysis, including error correction,
• Develop minor changes in the logistics environment in consultation with the SAP Development Team,
• Assignment to the specification of development requirements as part of change request management,
• Being responsible for precise documentation and testing of software solutions.

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

• Must have 2+ project experience as a sub-project manager in SAP implementation project,
• Must have 6+ years of experience and excellent know-how in at least one of the following SAP modules: LE, MM, EWM (WM) on SAP S/4 HANA,
• Must have 2+ project experience as a SAP Consultant with end-to-end SAP implementation Projects,
• Must have 2+ project experience with SAP- Roll-out-Projects (including business blueprint, realization, testing, cut-over and migration, post go-live support, hyper care, and continuous improvement),
• Must have 4+ years of experience in delivering end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions,
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
• Strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences,
• An independent, proactive and at the same time team-oriented way of working,
• Strong interpersonal communication skills,
• Passion for collaborating closely with business stakeholders,
• Professional English Language Skills (ability to express clearly, in a structured manner in detail on complex issues).
