Our mix that awaits you

• Assess and design AI automation across business functions,
• Demand, Pipeline and Portfolio Management (incl. Demand collection, prioritisation, capacity planning),
• Pro-actively generate and shape automation demands (e.g. through workshops and close collaboration with business stakeholders),
• Prepare and consolidate services provided by the Intelligent Automation Team for internal inter-company charging,
• Act as Intelligent Automation expert on digitalizing end-to-end intelligent automation processes from discovery and process analysis through implementation and deployment,
• Design and implement solutions leveraging: UiPath Platform, Agentic AI Frameworks, AI Agents and RPA, LLM-based Solutions, Machine Learning Models, API-driven Integration, MCP (Model Context Protocol) enabled architectures,
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing automation landscapes,
• Ensure governance, scalability, security, and maintainability of automation and AI solutions,
• Manage and lead the Intelligent Automation team and further improve its capabilities.

Ingredients that you bring with you

• Must have 5+ years of experience in people management,
• Must have 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management,
• Must have 7+ years of experience hands-on delivery experience in Intelligent Automation, Process Automation, (Meta) data design,
• Must have 5+ years strong hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, including: Studio, Orchestrator, AI Agent Builder / Agentic Automation capabilities, Integration Services, especially API and MCP, Prompt engineering and AI orchestration patterns
• Must have 3+ years of experience working on IT projects involving also ERP systems such as: SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BDC
• Preferably 3+ years of experience to analyse business challenges into scalable digital solutions,
• Preferably 3+ years of enterprise architecture understanding,
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills,
• Preferably 3+ years of experience operating in global and cross-functional environments,
• Professional English language skills at C1 level, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in almost any context. C2 level English is preferred.
