• Prepare export documents in accordance with the customs regulations of destination countries.
• Coordinate communication with customs offices, freight forwarders, and overseas agencies to define shipment schedules and manage logistics flows.
• Ensure coordination with the production planning team to guarantee timely order readiness for shipment.
• Organize and track outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Enter export orders into relevant systems and ensure compliance with customs procedures.
• Prepare and maintain monthly shipment reports.
• Contribute to efficient export processes by working closely with related departments and external stakeholders.

Ingredients that you bring with you

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in export operations.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or ERP systems, especially in export/logistics-related modules.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
