TEAM HARIBO STEP OUT FOR CHARITY

A team of seven colleagues from HARIBO have stepped out for charity, raising over £1,000 for the Prince of Wales Hospice.

Nicola Duerden, Abbey Mason, Vicky Wilson, Kerry Etherington, Jemma Twitchell, Danielle James and Julie Beaman all took part in the Pen-y-ghent Family Challenge in support of the Prince of Wales Hospice.

The HARIBO team joined several families from across the district to raise valuable funds for the charity, which provides palliative care and support for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

Julie Beaman, Corporate Communications Assistant at HARIBO, comments: “In spite of a few aching legs, we completed the Pen-y-ghent Family Challenge and have so far managed to raise over £1,000 for the Prince of Wales Hospice. We met some lovely families along the way whilst raising valuable funds and making great memories.”

HARIBO also sponsored the Pen-y-ghent Family Challenge as part of the company’s long-standing support.
