Information regarding Donations & Sponsorship

As a third-generation, family run business, which was established in 1920, we have always been committed to supporting our communities both now and for the future.

We do this by acting and operating responsibly – this is something that we are immensely proud of and passionate about.

As you can imagine, as a popular brand, HARIBO receives lots of enquiries for support, not just requests for treats but also financial donations too. It is genuinely difficult for us to respond to and support everything, although we do try our best!

Whilst we do support lots of fundraising activities and provide sponsorship for many of the great projects we learn about, it was decided some years back now, that we would dedicate our efforts to carefully chosen charities that we could support longer term.

We are very proud to say that for many years our chosen charities have been two very worthy causes - Martin House and Prince of Wales Hospice; these hospices provide care for individuals of all ages and support for their families too.

So whilst we do try our best we cannot currently support every request that we receive, but we would like to wish you all the very best for the future.

We ask that you hold on to the product in question, including the packaging, so that we can investigate the complaint. Once we have received the contact request, one of our Consumer Service employees will get in touch with you and explain how to proceed. All information should be provided in the contact form to ensure requests can be individually processed as quickly as possible.
