3- Registered Address - HARIBO Dunhills (Pontefract) PLC, 26 Front Street, Pontefract, WF8 1NJ2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (on the date of entry) except employees of HARIBO and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

4- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition or required to pay for postage to receive their prize.

5- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7- Closing time and date for entry will be:
6pm Thursday 9th May 2024 until midnight Thursday 16th May 2024.
After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

- Entrant MUST be a follower of Joe Swash on Instagram (joeswash)
- Entrant MUST enter on the outlined competition post on HARIBO’s Instagram feed
- Entrant MUST “Like” the Competition post on Instagram
- Entrant MUST tag their Nessie hunting buddy on the competition post on Instagram

10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11- By entering the competition, the user gives consent for HARIBO/ or fulfilment partner to contact them regarding the competition.

12- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

13- The prizes are as follows:

There will be one winner across all entries on the HARIBO social platforms.

One year supply of HARIBO goodies to include but not limited to:

Equivalent of 2x HARIBO Share Size Bags per week for one year, covering a variety of our products.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14- One winner will be chosen at random by selection generator software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and its agents.

15- The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram after the competition closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted directly by HARIBO on Instagram. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

16- The Promoter will notify the winner that their full details have been received and provide guidance for the winner on how to claim their prize.

17- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

20- The winner agrees that their name, image and social media username may be used in any publicity material, and/or posted on the social media profiles of HARIBO UK&I after the winner has been selected. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

22- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to HARIBO and not to any other party.
