Welcome to HARIBO, Europe's largest and most successful sugar-confectionery brand! Our mission is to bring happiness to kids and grown-ups and we're looking for talented people to join our team to help us spread some joy!

Manager Category Management - Nordics

If you’re motivated by driving growth, building strong partnerships, and creating category value that makes both retailers and consumers smile, then this position as Category Manager might be your next sweet adventure!

In this role, you’ll be the dedicated category manager for Denmark collaborating closely with our local KAM and Marketing teams to turn insights into actions that grow both HARIBO’s market share and the overall category. Through strategic category analysis, you’ll help shape our innovation pipeline, assortment strategy, and key business projects — setting the direction for future success.

You’ll also play a role across the Nordics, leading consumer insight studies to inspire new ideas and strengthen our strategy.

Our mix that awaits you

In this role, you’ll turn insights into sweet success, and you lead yearly category meetings with our top customers in Denmark, translating data and strategies into impactful stories and actionable growth plans together with our Key Account Managers.

You’ll also help shape and implement strategic channel initiatives — from price-pack-channel projects to portfolio and growth strategies that strengthen our market position. Collaboration is key at HARIBO, and you’ll work closely with Nordic management on business reviews, KPI dashboards, and materials for both Nordic and global meetings.

You’ll also conduct research that uncovers new insights and opportunities to support our long-term strategy.

More specifically, you will

  • Lead yearly category meetings with top customers in Denmark
  • Support KAMs with analytical input and presentation material
  • Develop strategic channel tools and plans (e.g. price-pack-channel projects, portfolio strategy, channel growth plans)
  • Collaborate with Nordic managers on international & Nordic business reviews, KPI dashboards, and communication materials
  • Drive research studies for key strategic projects

  • Advanced user of Excel, Nielsen data and PowerPoint
  • A commercial mindset combined with creativity and curiosity
