Lemon Blue Bear-Cake

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 organic lemon
  • 65 g butter, soft
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 130 g flour, sifted
  • 1 level tsp baking powder
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 40 g icing sugar

  • Goldbear mold

That's how it works

1. Preheat

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.

2. Preparing the lemon

Wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.

3. Preparing dough

Mix butter with sugar, lemon zest and egg. Mix flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Wash the blueberries and add them last.

4. Baking

Now you can fill the dough into the Goldbear mold and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.

5. Decoration

Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack, then you can easily remove it from the tin. Then you can easily take it out of the mold. Mix the icing sugar with 1 tbsp. lemon juice and spread the icing on the bear. Finally, place the Goldbears on top and let the lemon blue bear enchant you!
