Chamallows Pave

Crispy, crunchy and soft - layer after layer is a delight. Perfect as a Christmas dessert or for cosy winter evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of heavy cream
  • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Marie biscuits
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)
  • 1 can of milk (the same measure as the can of heavy cream)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate drink mix
  • Milk for soaking the biscuits
  • Unsalted butter or margarine, just to adjust the consistency
  • 2 packets of HARIBO Chamallows Barbecue or any other Chamallows

Instructions

1. Preparation

  • First, take the can of sweetened condensed milk, the egg yolks, the cornstarch, and the milk. Place them overheat and cook until it thickens into a cream, then set aside.
  • In a separate pot, combine the second can of sweetened condensed milk with a little margarine and the chocolate. Cook until it becomes a brigadeiro-style cream.
  • Turn off the heat and mix in the heavy cream.


2. Assembly

  • First, add the white cream.
  • Next, dip the biscuits in the milk and layer them on top of the white cream.
  • Then, add the chocolate cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings over it.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Before serving, finish the pavê with HARIBO Chamallows Barbecue to surprise your family and friends!
