In this role, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations across the Nordics. You’ll manage and develop our collaboration with third-party logistics provider (3PL), with a strong focus on performance, contracts, and continuous improvement in inbound and outbound flows.
You’ll work both strategically and hands-on—analyzing distribution costs, managing pallet flows, and supporting customer logistics agreements. Together with Sales and Marketing, you’ll help secure excellent service from order to delivery.
Inventory accuracy across multiple 3PL warehouses will be part of your daily focus, as well as optimizing goods flow and resolving discrepancies. You’ll also drive automation efforts, expand EDI usage, and get the most out of systems like SAP, Power BI, SAC, and Excel—all while ensuring cost-efficiency, service quality, and sustainability.
Some of your key focus areas will be:
- Monitoring and improving 3PL performance through KPIs and structured collaboration
- Driving continuous improvements in warehouse and transport operations
- Supporting customer engagement from order to delivery, and beyond
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and flow across multiple warehouse locations
- Analyzing cost-to-serve data and identifying efficiency opportunities
- Leading automation initiatives using tools like SAP, SAC, Power BI, and EDI
Ingredients that you bring with you
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution preferably from FMCG
- Are confident working with SAP and data/reporting tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI)
- Are analytical, structured, and proactive in identifying improvements
- Speak and write English fluently (Nordic language skills are a plus)
- Have experience with EDI and digital process optimization
Just as importantly, you’re a strong communicator and collaborator. You enjoy working across teams, building trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You bring structure to complexity and thrive in an environment where every day brings new challenges to solve.
