HR Business Partner
Start: As of now in Vallensbæk / DenmarkHARIBO Lakrids A/S is looking for a new HR Business Partner to help us spread joy across the Nordics. If you are passionate about developing people, supporting leaders, and shaping a positive and engaging culture—and enjoy a mix of operational HR work and creative development initiatives—this role could be a great fit.
You will ensure HARIBO Nordics has the right talent, development programs, and HR processes to support our strategy. Working closely with leaders across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and learning initiatives, including workshops and training programs.
You will join a Nordic HR team of 6 people and report directly to the HR Director for Nordics. The role is primarily based at our Vallensbæk office.

As HRBP, you will be a trusted and close sparring partner for our Nordic leaders, supporting day-to-day HR matters while ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards. You will play a key role in fostering an inclusive, engaging, and socially responsible work environment across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
You will also take ownership of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and compliant experience for new employees, and lead learning and development initiatives, including workshops and training programs, with a focus on employee growth, well-being, and inclusion.
In addition, you will contribute to Nordic and global HR projects, supporting organizational change and ESG reporting initiatives that emphasize the “S” in ESG — employee engagement, diversity, and a positive workplace culture.
Ingredients that you bring with you
- HRBP experience from a similar role, ideally in an international environment
- Skills within Talent Acquisition, learning & development, and modern HR practices
- Experience with Nordic labor law and HR compliance, including reward, employment contracts and general people-related legal topics
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to work across cultures; fluency in Danish is required
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance operational tasks and tactical thinking
