Nordic Marketing Project Manager

In this role, you’ll join the marketing innovation team - part of our Nordics Marketing organization based in Denmark, working hand-in-hand with our Nordic marketing team, local market colleagues, and our factory partners. You’ll be the essential link that ensures every Product and SKU development is fully prepared, aligned, and ready to launch — on time, on brief and with impact.
Through strong project management, efficient stakeholder coordination, and managing sourcing from factories outside Denmark, you will play a key role in
the journey where ideas become real products on store shelves shaping our NPD pipeline and enabling future success.
This means:
- driving strong project management from idea to finished products securing smooth stakeholder alignment across countries and functions
- coordinating sourcing and supply from factories outside Denmark
- supporting our ambitious growth agenda across all Nordic markets
With your ability to connect people, orchestrate processes, and keep the details on track, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of HARIBO’s Nordic product portfolio — and help us deliver moments of joy to consumers across the region.
Our mix that awaits you
In this role, you will turn NPDs into sweet in-store successes across the Nordics, leading implementation from internal go-decisions all the way to first products landing on shelves.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of NPDs across the Nordic markets
- Manage seasonal portfolios sourced from Germany and Belgium
- Drive the creation, maintenance, and delisting of SKUs
- Develop and coordinate display solutions that activate our brand in-store
- Secure smooth and timely execution by coordinating with Supply Chain, Procurement, and other key stakeholders
- Lead and support relevant ad hoc projects that keep our category vibrant and innovative
Ingredients that you bring with you
Must-haves
- A relevant education within Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG
- Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and English—both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear actions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Nielsen data, and PowerPoint
- A commercial mindset combined with creativity and curiosity
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing NPDs
- Experience working with production sites
- Understanding of FMCG customer ways of working
- Experience driving cross-functional projects
