Welcome to the global world of Finance at HARIBO! Our 24-month International Graduate Program Finance – G.R.O.W. (Graduate Readiness for Opportunities Worldwide) – prepares you for future expert or management roles in international finance. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are passionate about HARIBO and eager to share their knowledge and experience with you.
Our Mix that awaits you:
- Your Program starts at our headquarters (Grafschaft, Germany) and includes two six-month international assignments in Spain and France to gain global experience
- Central areas such as Accounting & Tax, Commercial Controlling, and/or Operations Controlling will be covered in depth
- Early on, you take on responsibility, contribute to strategic projects and end-to-end processes, and actively contribute your own ideas
- HARIBO-specific joint trainings with other finance graduates and personal mentoring will support your development
- Throughout the program you build an international HARIBO network and help shape it
- You'll lay the foundation to apply for an advanced Finance role across any of our global locations
Ingredients you bring along:
- Initial practical experience in finance, ideally gained through internships, while a degree with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting forms the foundation of your expertise
- Enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with complex data and figures
- Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and motivation for continuous personal growth
- Fluent in English and German, with enthusiasm for learning additional languages (e. g. French and Spanish)
